Best for legal questions would be to ask Ivar and Wayne (both from the Eclipse Foundation), who may be able to answer or direct you further. IANAL ;)

It's always the updating of the first line to 2020. I don't think anyone ever adds a line such as "Copyright (c) 2019, 2020 Eclipse Foundation".

Thanks Gurkan! From a glance it looks okay to me. There's only the requirement to change the 2018 in the header of each file to 2020. It's a bit of a chore, but required.

I think after completing the rebranding of Admin UI for 5.1-BRANCH, we can initiate the new release for 5.1.1. I can be the release manager for it and happy to  execute CTS tests. Just let me know the procedures.
