[embed-cdt-dev] Possible new release as GNU MCU Eclipse 
Due to a problem with the CMSIS Pack index file (stored by Keil on Azure), it might be needed to make another release, to change the code used to read this file.

I'll wait a few more days to see if Keil/Arm can fix their server.

The problem is that the Java SAX parser fails when parsing the file directly from the Microsoft server. The planned fix is to read the file locally and parse it from there.
