Ballots to approve Umbrella JSRs that define the initial version of a new Platform Edition Specification or JSRs that propose changes to the Java language are approved if (a) at least a two-thirds majority of the votes cast are "yes" votes, (b) a minimum of 5 "yes" votes are cast, and (c) Oracle casts one of the "yes" votes. Hi Mike,

This is the kind of thing I was really looking forward to hearing to understand what you guys mean by too much control. I'd rather make compromises at the JCP than to leave it. To vendors and other parties in the EC: does it sound hard to change this to allow EE not to be considered a "Plataform Edition Specification" now it's free from Oracle?
