Sorry - was tied up this morning and just available to respond.
We will extend the deadline to Thursday, December 3rd. This should
give us time to respond to our respective networks and drive
participation. As you can see, some of the tracks have come up
short in terms of participation, so beating the drum a bit harder is
the way to go.
For those of you who haven't submitted a proposal yourself, you may
want to reconsider submitting a talk (or additional talks, if you
already have). You are obviously leaders in your respective spaces,
and having you participate directly is really helpful to the
strength of the overall program.
We'll get this extension posted both on the eclipse.org and
eclipsecon.org websites shortly.
Thanks to you all for pushing on this.

How about directly soliciting projects on their various forums, or directly open a bug report?
Good idea. Do you volunteer to send a mail to some projects? Please list the project you plan to contact so there is no overlap.
I will send a mail to the Tycho and the Hudson project ML.
