As a reminder, there are 3 deadlines for the ECNA submissions:
- Nov 16 Early-bird submission deadline
- Nov 23 Submissions close
- Dec 4 PC chooses program
We will need one call for the early birds selection. For the final selection, I would suggest to plan 1 call the week of Nov 23 and 3 calls the week after.
Here is my proposal for the calls date and time:
Nov 17, 5:30pm CET, early birds selection
Nov 26, 5:30pm CET, final selection 1st round
Nov 30, 5:30pm CET, final selection 2nd round
Dec 2, 5:30pm CET, final selection 3rd round
Dec 4, 5:30pm CET, final selection 4th round
Please, let me know if it does not suit you. If I don't get any negative feedback for these proposals by the end of the week, I will add these events to the shared Google calendar.
I will send a second email shortly about the selection process I would like to follow.
