| [eclipse.org-project-leadership] OCX27 Call for Proposals: a talk from your project |
Hello project leads,
The Call for Proposals for Open Community Experience 2027 (OCX27) is now open. OCX27 takes place 13 to 15 April 2027 in Brussels, organised by the Eclipse Foundation.
You know better than anyone what your project shipped this year, what changed in how you run it, and which of your contributors has a story worth telling. That is what the program committee is looking for: useful, specific talks grounded in real experience.
There are five tracks, and every Eclipse Foundation project fits at least one of them:
- Software-defined systems & mobility
- Modern software development
- Digital autonomy & technological sovereignty
- Cybersecurity & regulatory compliance
- Research & innovation
AI runs through every track. The Research & innovation track also has a block on the craft of running a project (governance, roadmaps and community engineering), which is the work you do every week.
Two asks: consider submitting a talk yourself, and forward this email to the contributors in your project who should be on stage. First-time speakers are welcome.
Early bird deadline: 23 October 2026.
