These are moving numbers as we zoom through and clean up the tags
and the categories. What I am doing is attempting to reduce the number
of tags on each submission I review to two. Lesson learned - limit people
to two tags in future :)

Generic tags like "Tools" are a problem - look at the amount of
submissions with that tag!  I think a good tactic is to focus on the
tags with the smallest number of submissions first, clean those down
to two tags per submission, then the generic tag number should reduce.

Note: sometimes "Modeling" is overused as well, as I'm sure Bernd
can attest.
