[eclipse.org-eclipsecon-program-committee] Submitter vs. author?

I'm not sure how the "free"
enrollments are calculated, but I assume the submitter is just assumed
to be "the first author"? 

In either case, can you, or can you
direct me how, to change one of our webtools tutorials? 
I'd like Lahiru Sandakith to be listed
as "submitter" (first author) and Naci Dali's name removed. 
All involved say the same thing in the
comments, so I'm not cheating :) 
but want to be sure the "two tickets"
get distributed to Kathy and Lahiru, since they will actually 
be doing the work/presentation.
