Eclipse 3.1 Release Candidate 4 (RC4) is now available for download from http://eclipse.org/downloads/index.php
This drop is in the process of being propagated to the various Eclipse mirror sites, which usually takes a day or so.

For people who already downloaded integration build I20050624-1300, there's no need to download RC4 - it's the same.

** There will be a build this morning at 8 am ET to pick up the change to the readme and a small change to a css file in org.eclipse.sdk. **
