Hi,

I have downloaded and installed the win32 Eclipse 3.1 M6 build

http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops/S-3.1M6-200504011645/index.php

The %ECLIPSE_HOME%/plugins directory has a strange structure :

most of the plugins appears as jars at the plugins root directory while 
other belong to their respective traditional plugin directory.

example :

%ECLIPSE_HOME%/plugins/org.eclipse.jface_3.1.0.jar

rather than

%ECLIPSE_HOME%/plugins/org.eclipse.jface_3.1.0/...

is it a known and confirmed change in the Eclipse plugins organization ?
