[eclipse-dev] Translating your attributes

In today's upcoming build, if you have the PDE manifest flag 'Usage of
non-externalized strings' set to warning/error,
you might see new markers telling you that "attribute X should not be
translated".

PLEASE NOTE:
While some of these warnings may be valid and should be corrected by you,
others may just indicate that the owners for the particular extension point
schema forgot to mark these attributes as translatable.

In the latter case, please open a defect against the team that owns that
particular extension point telling them the attribute that should be marked
as translatable.

Schemas I have encountered which contain such problems are
org.eclipse.ui.popupMenus, org.eclipse.ui.preferencePages and
org.eclipse.core.runtime.contentTypes.
