    * Split synchronize view into re-useable parts (changes tree,
viewer, 
actions) so that the parts can be used in different contexts. For example

changes are easily 
discovered even if hidden by filter/working set)
          o separate scheduling per participant
    * Provide helper classes for managing synchronize state for
