FYI, the tool manhandled a lot of files in the org.eclipse.ui.externaltools 
plugin. We have a large number of files contributed by external entities 
(including the Ant editor contributed by GEBIT) and the tool put the IBM 
copyright and "original implementor" status on all of these files.

We're planning to fix up the plugin ourselves, but the problem is probably 
worth noting for future reference.
