#28454 is marked as duplicate of #29909 whose milestone target is set to 2.1 RC1.

Yeah, it seems to use the Displayed Tab Width from the Java/Editor preferences rather than the "Number of spaces representing indentation level" from the Java/Code Formatter preferences. I keep meaning to file a bug on this, but I can't remember the name of the feature that causes the pasted code to be indented and haven't spent enough time in the bug tracking software to know my way around.
