[eclipse-dev] NO GO from PDE for M3

We have just discovered a critical defect that effectively breaks a
significant portion of PDE. It is related to the recent change in the
location of extension point schemas.

http://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=26432   PDE cannot find
schemas if they are in source distribution

We fixed the problem, released the fix and updated the map file. However,
it uncovered additional problems in org.eclipse.ui plugin.xml that need to
be addressed for M3:

http://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=26433   Some schema file names
in org.eclipse.ui plugin.xml miss .mxsd extension
