[eclipse-dev] File permissions in eclipse builds

The Eclipse build process will move to Eclipse 2.0 for running builds as of
this evening.  File permissions, especially on unix flavors of eclipse may
be affected, since file permission preservation with the eclipse ant <copy>
task is no longer available in the eclipse 2.0 release.

Unless we are notified otherwise, only the eclipse executable, *.so*, and
*.sl file permissions will be explicitly set in the drops.

If anyone has any concerns about this change, please let us know.
