FREEZE/TEST/FIX MASTER SCHEDULE

The detailed schedule will be updated frequently as information
becomes availabe.  *** Please be sure you are testing on the
correct build level so we are all in sync.  Enter all bugs in
bugzilla and *be sure* to indicate clearly what build you were
using when you found the problem.

MONITOR ECLIPSE-DEV MAILING LIST

Anyone who is testing the freezes should monitor the eclipse-dev
mailing list.  All status information about builds, test passes,
procedures, etc will be communicated there.
