Re: [ecf-dev] ECF move to tools project? Committers please vote

all indications are that the RT project will be proposed in 2 weeks and 
then created some time after that (say around EclipseCon).  I would 
suggest that ECF move directly there rather then enduring the churn of 
two moves.
