Hi Chris,

What is ECF's plan when it comes to the Runtime top-level project?
Doesn't it make more sense to be there?
I would be in favor of being in the Runtime top-level project...rather
than tools. But I don't know where the Runtime project is in it's
lifecycle...i.e. when that would happen (prior to Ganymede?).
If it happens pretty soon (i.e. by April) I would say we press to go
there directly...if longer then move to tools asap and then go to the
runtime project when it's ready.

Hi Folks,
I propose that we schedule a move review for moving ECF from the
Technology project to the Tools project.
How would people feel about this?
