My guess is that it is caused by commit 4274eeb8a61dfaa77920bb87ca3ec9e89a00a322 from the Subversive team. I think they changed something without using the b3 tooling which leads to the following error when I validate the files locally:

The opposite features 'categories' of 'Feature : org.eclipse.team.svn.revision.graph / [3.0.0,4.0.0) (Subversive Revision Graph (Optional))' and 'features' of 'Custom Category : Collaboration' do not refer to each other    simrel.b3aggr    /org.eclipse.simrel.build    Unknown    Aggregator

Now lets see if we can fix this.

I've submitted a change to the Trace Compass b3aggrcon to Gerrit in order to include Trace Compass in Neon M1 but the Gerrit verification build failed [1]. I'm not sure what's the reason for this. Could someone have a look?
