[cross-project-issues-dev] Simrel gerrit verification failure

Hello

I've submitted a change to the Trace Compass b3aggrcon to Gerrit in 
order to include Trace Compass in Neon M1 but the Gerrit verification 
build failed [1]. I'm not sure what's the reason for this. Could someone 
have a look?
