I pull them all from CVS, using this script:

It uses the map files that are defined by the Eclipse Platform project,
here:
http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/org.eclipse.releng/maps/
Let me know if you need help with this. If you want a web-based export
utility from Babel, please open an enhancement request on Bugzilla.
