[atf-dev] Milestone 3 and 4 requires a Java5 JRE

ATF Milestone 3 and 4 require a Java5 JRE to run. Both ATF and a number of other features in Eclipse that ATF depends on require Java 5. If you try to running ATF using a Java 1.4 JRE, then ATF wizards, preference items will not show up.
