[atf-dev] Mozilla Perspective needs Problems

The Mozilla Perspective comes with JavaScript Console, XHR Monitor and  Dom 
views. It needs at least "Problems" because that is the only way  to know 
what all the red stuff on the editor view means.
For now I guess it also need PDE Runtime -> Error Log until ATF is further 
along.
