[asciidoc-wg] Eclipse Foundation Working Group Process Revisions

The Board recently approved revisions to the Eclipse Foundation Working Group Process  in order to align with the Eclipse Foundation Specification Process (EFSP) which was updated late 2021 to clarify the default EFSP and the default choice of the Implementation Patent License. 

The revisions clarify how the Patent License regime to be used by Working Groups would be selected.  The motivation in doing so was to simplify the process for any new working groups by providing a default choice of the Implementation Patent License.  The revisions to the Working Group Process was to bring it inline with the amendments to the EFSP.

As a result, there is nothing for the AsciiDoc Working Group Steering Committee to do here unless it wishes to do so.
