Steering Committee and Community at Large,

At the last Steering Committee meeting, we proposed to meet again on Sep 29, 2020. However, some of the follow-up items from that meeting are still in progress, namely the nominations / election for the Committer Member seats and the budget guidance session. We also need to complete the transition from the OpenDevise Zoom account to the Eclipse Foundation one. Therefore, I'm proposing to push back this meeting until Oct 6, 2020 to give ample time for these items to be completed.

There's also the issue of the APC-friendly meeting time. If you have a suggestion of when during the day we could meet to make it easier for attendees in the APAC region (notably Australia) to join, please respond. Perhaps we could consider 14:00 (Denver), 13:00 (San Francisco), 22:00 (CEST), and 07:00 (Sydney)? I'll send out the meeting invite later in the week once we have access to the Zoom account and have settled on the meeting time.
