By XSD it's referring to the XSD model specifically (and it supports 
only XML Schema 1.0 not 1.1)  The Web Tools project provides an XML 
Schema editor based on the XSD model.   In both cases, you should use 
the corresponding newsgroup for questions.  The Orbit project hosts 
external libraries reused by Eclipse projects so you might try their 
newsgroup to see if they have support for Xerces 2.11.
