Thanks, Lawerence, I found the code there. I pulled it from the head from CVS, however, it's not showing up in the 1.5 maintence branch in CVS, thus why I couldn't find it earlier.

It looks like each TAD rule is setup as it's own class depending on where it is used (soap, message, type, port, etc). Questions I have on this are, were these source files generated or where they manually created. While I have no problem in general with the manual generated files, it would seem to make more sense to try and leverage the TAD's directly, allowing for greater extensibility and easier updates when new profiles are released.
