[wtp-releng] Mysterious JPT Unit test failures

I've investigated, and can not find any
reason the JPT Unit tests fail with "plugin not found" like they
did recently.

I've opened bug 326442 to track the
investigation ....

 ... but suspect its some odd infrastructure
problem. 
Those tests have ran successfully on
a "local" machine I use for test builds. 

In another build related bug (bug 326366)
the webmasters have said 
"The downloads
& build disk array (it's shared) is absolutely slammed.  Perhaps
wait a bit more for the congestion to clear?"

So ... we'll see, but don't think it
requires any attention from others at the moment.
