Everyone knows RC4 is it, right? Unless
you find a real blocker. 

We do still need to test more (even
though we did once) so schedule some time/people for a few afternoons over
the next week. 

We will have a final signoff sheet for
'release'. 

Also, be sure to triage your bugs ...
fix targets to be accurate ... make sure there are no "blockers"
lurking around.
