We found the problem with the Java EE smoke
failure.  Ends up being less serious because only pertains to EJB
X doclet generation.

Patch attached to https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=304813

And will go along with a respin if it
happens, otherwise we can get in next week.

I killed the previous restart (the build was done, but unit tests just
beginning) and have restarted. ETA 10 PM (Eastern) give or take 2 hours.

Please confirm this build as soon as possible over the weekend ... or,
let us know if that's not possible ... and communicate "pass"
if appropriate on the smoke test page.

As Gerry mentioned in the bug, it looks like an NPE caused by no IHandlerService
being available.  It's a straightforward fix to check that the handler
has been created. 

Since this is blocking JSF from passing their smoketest, I am requesting
a respin.
