Web Services is requesting a respin
as well due to bug 304732: NPE loading library extensions.  See bug
for impact of the NPE.  The fix is isolated to web services, so teams
do not have to redo their smoke tests.

Folks,

      We are requesting a respin of the build.  I just
released a revert of
a change made in bug 303587 that causes the problems documented in bug
304673.  This will only effect the servertools smoke test- we added
a cache
at our level that causes a cache at their level to become invalid, so for
the time being we are disabling our cache.  As such, this respin request
should not prevent teams from smoke testing the currently executing build.

I guess everyone knows a build is still running, and the last one had
compile errors, as well as JUnit failures.

So, where are we at? Will this next one be better? Testable? Will yet
another re-spin be required?
