We backed out one offending change (which was not actually caused by our team) and are doing the final local tests now.  Once these are clean we will be releasing and kicking off another build.

The server tools failures are due to a change that was put in last night by the j2ee team, we are actively looking at it and will update very soon.

What happened?!

For some cases, we've had failures all week. Please clarify why these weren't fixed, or removed.

org.eclipse.jst.jsf.core.tests.AllTests  3
org.eclipse.jst.jsf.designtime.tests.AllTests 1

And then in the final build, were these failures? Are these just some JUnit test issue? Or did
some fundamental code change?
