Smoke Test Request for WTP 3.2 I-build towards WTP 3.2 M4

Please document your Project's testing and approval of build, by today, 
Thursday, 2 PM (Eastern Time), or let us know if that's not possible.

This is for our first I-build towards Helios M4. 

I haven't looked in detail at the failing JUnit tests in Dali, but one of 
them, at least, looks like a glitch (still) in our WTP tests ... while 
fixing this issue with XULRunner, I may have inadvertently caused some 
test libraries to be not found. 

I'll investigate, but do not think the Smoke tests need to be delayed ... 
and even the Dali team may want to give the build a try and see if it 
works as expected.
