David, 

The WSDL validation tests suite ran
fine locally with this build and there were no code changes in the 3.1
maintenance branch. I suspect this was just an intermittent failure on
the build machine. We'll keep an eye on future builds to confirm.

The M-build respin is done ...

and while there's actually more JUnit failures than before, I suspect it
is still a good build. 

One failure is known intermittent (
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=284267).

Only two minor versioning errors left, we can fix next week for RC3. 

I would like the webservices/wsdl team to confirm the DNF for wsdl test
to 
re-confirm is all ok. 
org.eclipse.wst.wsdl.validation.tests.internal.AllWSDLTests 
I know the build machine was extra busy while these two builds competed
with each other, so probably was just a server load issue ... but, please
sanity check and let us know.

Folks,

I just released the fix for 
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=251813
to both WTP 3.1.1 and 
WTP 3.2. This bug is a blocker (and thus merits a respin). It only affects
Java EE, so its respin should not require others to redo their smoke 
tests.

3.1.1 SR1 RC2. We can do a good smoke test of our 3.1.1 RC2 build, but
there are some minor versioning errors (where "only the qualifier
increased). Since this is our _release candidate_ we should try and fix
this week, if possible. 

3.2 I-build. Needs work. There's a couple of junit failures in "core"
components (xml? dtd?) so I hesitate to ask anyone to smoke test until
those are understood. As Neil mentioned, the jpt test bundles are 
"missing" (perhaps need to update some pre-req ranges ... from
'common' 
bundles?) 

The builds being "down" for two days have impacted us this week,
but I 
think we can still push ahead and get a declarable I-build this week. 

If/when you make changes to for this week's build (either stream) let us
know via wtp-releng (and, for example, I'll restart the build if one has
already started).
