We had one bad drop last night for bug: 202171 - a critical null check was missing that smoketesting uncovered today.

I redropped that patch with a one line null check. Respinning has begun.

Its "possible" the numerous Web Project creation problems that are being reported in other components junits are due to this issue, and I am setting up to run these asap.
