RE: [wtp-pmc] 3.2 release train proposal

I've seen other projects (like BIRT) try to support only the current production platform release and it hasn't worked out very well. Recommend you target 3.1 but do some testing to make sure you still work on the latest 3.2 milestone. If there's a problem working with 3.2 then you'll want to know about it and get it fixed (either in the platform or wtp) as soon as possible. I think you'll find this will save time overall and be received well by your users in the community.

I think WTP 1.0 should be an Eclipse 3.1-only release. We are not totally API clean yet and there is no guarantee that a single 1.0 code base would run on both 3.1 and 3.2.
