Tim et al,

Here is my updated diagram. The idea
is that we can divide the Web Tools space in 4 quadrants along the axes
of Standards and Technologies. The Standards range from de jure to de factor.
The Technologies range from Web to Java. The two WTP subprojects are subsets
of the upper quadrants which are towards the de jure end of the spectrum.
