Quick update on the aforementioned items. 

* BLOCKED: moving features out of javaee and down into wst/jsf, to break circular deps - https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=519793#c10

* DONE: https://git.eclipse.org/r/#/c/112960/ - add missing plugins to the sse site so javaee downstream can find them

* DONE: the Javaee+EJB merge, which is waiting for review and approval 

* DONE: org.eclipse.wst.server.core missing from the wtp.releng.aggregator site - https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=527928
