All Castable and CastAs tests for the Core specification now pass. ThisbringsPsychoPath to about 89% compliance with the W3C Test Suite.

Tests: 8137
Failing: 884
Coverage: 76.4%

Latest code is checked into head. Adopters should update to the latestversion as well as check out the latest test suite for updates andcorrections to the tests.
