[wtp-dev] Source editing plugins branched for R3_0_maintenance

Plugins and features from the following
Source editing map files have been tagged R3_0_0 for the WTP 3.0 release
and branched to R3_0_maintenance: 

jst-jsp-tests.map
jst-jsp.map
wst-web-core.map
wst-web-tests.map
wst-web-ui.map
wst-xml-component-features.map
wst-xml-core.map
wst-xml-tests.map
wst-xml-ui.map

The Source editing map files in R3_0_maintenance branch have been updated
to reflect the fact that we are now picking up the plugins from the R3_0_maintenance
branch for the WTP 3.0.1 release.  Please pick up the Source editing
plugins from the R3_0_maintenance branch when you are working with the
WTP 3.0.1 release.  Thanks!
