Jeffrey Liu caught some inaccurate copyright info in the documentation. Our
index files were attributed to IBM rather than including the standard
Eclipse copyright statement. In addition one of our help files
(org.eclipse.wst.xmleditor.doc.user/topics/cxmlcat.html) contained an
invalid hard-coded copyright statement.  I've attached a patch to the bug
if anyone is concerned about the fix and wants to take a look.
