[wtp-dev] Are we not having an I-build this week?

I must have missed the announcement,
but our I-build warm-up period has been going so poorly
that I am assuming someone announced
we were not having an I-build this week? 

We have yet to have an I-build that
compiles, and many compile errors and JUnit failures have been there 
for *days*. (Not to mention our "build-time"
warnings are steadily *increasing*!). Our I-builds are 
worse than our nightly/head builds?!

In case I'm wrong, and we do still want
an I-build this week, I think there's one more opportunity ... 3:00PM today.
