I'd like to nominate Vijay Bhadriraju as a committer. 

Vijay has been a very active member in WTP community, including code contributions
to the validation framework, overview documents for the j2ee component,
api documents for validation, and j2ee models. 
He has helped devise a plan for migration between milestone drivers, and
also been active in setting up BVT tests that require J2EE server runtimes.

Vijay has also been a leader in "componentizing" and refactoring
the existing codebase to better suit the WTP project structure, and reduce
dependencies.  He has also collaborated with other component leads
in this endeavor. 

I believe Vijay would be a valuable addition to the committer team, and
will contribute to many critical Line items in the upcoming M4 milestone.
