[wtp-dev] changing 'webproject' to 'web'

After discussing with Chuck and indirectly
Naci, I've changed to 'webproject' component 
to be just 'web' (both in CVS and on
web page). The rationale is so it'd be shorter, and to 
minimize any "mindset" of
equating web "modules" to Eclipse projects. 
[The exact definition of what goes in
this wst component has not been precisely established yet, 
but will be over the weeks/months ahead].
