[wtp-dev] Validation Core plugin should be removed from WST-> common - p

We have dropped the validation framework
plugins  in the validation component under  WST project.
Some one has dropped the org.eclipse.wst.validation.core to the common
component in the WST project. This project org.eclipse.wst.validation.core
in common component is no longer needed and should be deleted.
The one from the validation component should be used.
