[ui-best-practices-working-group] Who feels responsible for the User-Int

Hi everyone,

I found some issues with the User Interface Guidelines[1] what makes me 
wonder who feels responsible for the information today, it all seem a 
bit outdated. I also created a discussion [2] at the platform 
repository, so I'd like to invite everyone to join and give some insights.
