Hello everybody

What about making a release this month? 12 issues have been resolved sinde Release 2.1.0.RC1 with huge impact. From now on, uDig has support to run with Java 11 because it uses Java 11 compatible GeoTools version and Eclipse platform. Later implies that uDig is not supported from 32bit Operating Systems anymore.

Currently there is a pull request open for Log4j appender. Should this be part of RC?

Any other changesets that should be addressed and part of the Release Candidate?
