You may also of noticed an empty Filter element in your request - that
appears to be a mistake to me?
We may need to take this question over to the geotools-users library;
where the WFS support is implemented.
It is fairly easy to configure a WFS incorrectly; particularly with
respect to the the DescribeFeatureType responses.
