Hello all,

I'm trying to install uDig 1.1-RC14 on Ubuntu Linux 64-bit.Instructions say download, extract, and run the executable, but theapplication is not running. The walkthrough document only describesinstalling on Windows, and I can't find anything in the archives. Cansomeone please point me in the right direction? I'm familiar withpackage installation and compiling from source.
